Text Messaging Terms
Last updated: October 15, 2026
The program
Murph, Inc provides a business communications platform. Its users, business professionals, send and receive one-to-one text messages with their own business contacts (customers, partners and vendors) from a business number provided through Murph. Texts are about the contact's business with that user: scheduling and confirming calls and meetings, following up on support requests and orders, and replies to messages the contact sent. Every message is written or approved by the user. Murph does not send marketing or bulk messages.
How you opt in
You receive these texts only after you give a Murph user your mobile number and agree to receive text messages from them (in writing, by email, or during a call, which the user records), or after you text that user's business number first.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your conversation. Message and data rates may apply.
How to opt out or get help
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts from that number; you will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or email privacy@murph.ai.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your mobile number and opt-in are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
